Labor Day Weekend 2011

This Labor Day Weekend was packed. A friend came over from Wisconsin (Genessa Tjader) and we went into the city twice and did the Shore on Labor Day itself.
The weekend threatened to storm the entire time but the weather held off until the drive back to Neward Airport.
For fun we...
- Saw the Statue of Liberty (rode out to Liberty Island)
- Chilled at a Starbucks by the South Ferry
- Took rides on many subway cars
- Hung out in Time Square
- Went to a Broadway show
- Had sushi with friends on the Upper East Side
- Stood on the Observation Deck on top of 30 Rock(afeller Center) overlooking Central Park and Midtown
- Took a tour of NBC Studios (stood in the seats of the Jimmy Fallon set)
- Went to the Jersey Shore and got our toes wet
- Ate good seafood on the ocean
- Walked the boardwalk
- Stood at the end of a pier and let a few rogue waves crash on the rocks and onto us (big waves right now)
